When dining out always insist on the following:
- Hot foods served hot, and cold foods served cold
No
bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods- Clean restrooms
- Employees who practice good hygiene
- Employees with clean hands and nails
- Employees free of obvious communicable disease
- An establishment free of insect and rodent activity
